The year 2016 marked as the midway of Long-Term Corporate Plan 2014-2018 toward the New JIEP. This year emphasized the theme of “Sustainable Transformation” that reflected in the phase of preparations for the business expansion. The objective was to redefine the low-added value manufacturing industrial estate to an integrated business center with high-added value.
In 2015, JIEP has maintained a solid position in the industry of Industrial Estate Management. It is reflected to its improved performance and sustainable business growth. The 2015 Annual Report presents a comprehensive review of JIEP in its effort to sustain the environment and CSR implementation.
In 2014, JIEP experienced a full-scale transformation both internally and externally through Long-Term Corporate Plan 2014-2018. The transformation was intended to modernize Pulogadung Industrial Estate with international standard. The year 2014 also marked as a historical year since the Company successfully achieved a new record of investment.
