A 4-FLOOR HIGH FINANCIAL CENTER BUILDING SOON IN PULOGADUNG INDUSTRIAL AREA

The entirety of supporting facilities such as the availability of a financial service center or financial center is the key for an industrial area to win the market in the midst of intense competition between industrial estates in Indonesia. Anticipating this, PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (JIEP) will soon launch the latest product, namely the financial center building in the Pulogadung Industrial Estate in the form of a four-story building which groundbreaking process was carried out on August 17, 2017, last year while the topping off of this building was carried out on Thursday (1/2/2018). This financial center building will be built above a total of 4000 square meters located on Jalan Pulobuaran No. 2 Pulogadung Industrial Estate, East Jakarta, with a high value building concept. JIEP will cooperate with partners from a number of financial institutions such as banks to occupy it by opening outlets there. President Director of PT JIEP, Rahmadi Nugroho said, the construction of the JIEP Financial Center aims to integrate all financial transactions of tenants and investors as well as business people in one place in the Pulogadung Industrial Estate. “By observing the enormous potential of the banking sector in the Pulogadung Industrial Estate, it is our obligation to provide a platform that integrates all the banking needs of business people, tenants and investors,” said Rahmadi. With the presence of high-value added buildings like this, it is expected that numerous partners from the banking sector will join the Pulogadung Industrial Estate which will further benefit all tenants and investors in the JIEP area. “Through this strategy, we want to maintain and increase the loyalty of banking partner tenants in the JIEP area,” he said. Rahmadi projects that the construction of the Financial Center will be completed in early April 2018, “In early April 2018 the construction of the Financial Center building will be completed. And we will continue the next development, namely building B and C, which are also not far from building A,” explained Rahmadi. The construction process of JIEP Financial Center can be said to be quite fast and efficient. This is inseparable from the KLIK facility earned by JIEP from BKPM which in practice makes it easier to obtain permits for the construction of the JIEP Financial Center. In addition to KLIK, the synergy between PT JIEP and the DKI Jakarta One Stop Service Agency (BPTSP), brings a breath fresh air to facilitate investment and development in the Pulogadung Industrial Estate.
